She has extensive experience representing school boards at arbitrations and in both state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, the U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights, and the Ohio Department of Education Office for Exceptional Children.
