Founding partners Greg Scott and Don Scriven formed the firm in January 1995, after leaving the labor and employment practice group of a large international law firm. Greg and Don sought to create a small firm where they could put their combined 50 years of labor law and school law experience to work creatively solving employers’ problems in a cost-effective manner. Our attorneys continue our founders’ legacy of providing efficient and effective advice.

Our firm prioritizes being responsive to clients, working with clients to creatively solve problems and meet their goals, and helping our clients manage all sides of legal issues—including the human relationships involved and the impact in the media.
