Derek is a 2010 graduate of The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. His practice is focused on representing school districts, including providing advice on business operations, collective bargaining, labor grievances, termination proceedings, employment discrimination defense, general employment law matters and board of revision representation. Derek’s entrepreneurial mindset makes him trusted counsel for employers and boards of education.
