It is with mixed emotions that we announce the retirement of our friend and much valued partner, Rich Goldberg, effective January 1, 2025. Although we will miss having Rich in the office, after 41 years of practicing law, he has surely earned the opportunity to pursue his other interests. We are excited for him as he embarks on this new adventure in his life.

Rich is a native of Brooklyn/New Jersey who dedicated most of his career to Scott Scriven LLP. He joined the firm at its formation in 1995 and became a partner in 1999. For more than 30 years, Rich has served as a leader in the Workers’ Compensation law area. He has been an integral part of our firm. His dedication, expertise, and unwavering commitment to his clients have been instrumental in our success.

Those of us who know Rich are confident he will not slow down, but he will merely shift his focus in pursuit of his other passions: traveling, volunteering, reading, running, enhancing his golf skills, spending time with family and friends, and attending sporting, musical, and theater events.
