Jessica’s practice is devoted to representing school districts and their employees throughout the state of Ohio.
Jessica has experience defending over ninety school districts in cases dealing with issues such as discrimination, equal protection, bullying, Title IX, 42 U.S.C. 1983, retaliation, sexual harassment, and others. She has won jury trials on behalf of her clients in both state and federal court and has won many cases prior to trial.
Jessica is a member of the Ohio Council of School Board Attorneys and enjoys presenting to her school district clients and other organizations, such as the Ohio Educational Service Center Association (OESCA) and Ohio School Boards Association (OSBA), on legal updates and relevant legal topics in the school community.
Jessica received her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and her Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
