Mr. Stucko’s practice focuses exclusively on the representation of employers in labor and employment law. He has extensive experience negotiating collective bargaining agreements, handling grievances and arbitrations, plant closing-WARN Act issues, and representing employers in administrative proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, numerous state civil rights agencies, the Ohio State Employment Relations Board and the State Personnel Board of Review. Mr. Stucko has significant experience handling union organizing campaigns, discrimination suits, and other labor matters for large national employers. Mr. Stucko speaks regularly on labor and employment law issues before various groups throughout the country and has published several articles pertaining to labor issues.
Mr. Stucko is a 1985 graduate with honors from Denison University and a 1988 graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and its Labor Law Committee and the Columbus Bar Association and its Labor Law Committee. He was elected partner January 1, 1997.
